Posthumous Birthday: Oladiran Alabi Hails Gov Abiola Ajimobi At 75

Honourable Oladiran Alabi, a prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State has joined family members, friends, and admirers to commemorate the 75th posthumous birthday of Senator Abiola Adeyemi Ajimobi, the two term former governor of Oyo State.

In a statement issued by his media office today, Alabi described Ajimobi as season and gifted politician whose aura attracted many into politics.”Indeed, our late leader, His Excellency, Late Governor Abiola Ajimobi is a season and gifted politician whose aura, modern and non-violent politics attracted man many into politics including my humble self.

“Today, we celebrate the life, leadership and legacy of the legendary figure of all times, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, who would have been 75. He was more than a governor; he was a mentor, a father, and a statesman whose vision and commitment to excellence redefined governance in the pacesetter state”, Alabi hailed.

“Senator Ajimobi’s strides in governance, particularly in urban renewal, infrastructure, and security, have set benchmarks that continue to guide us today,” Alabi stated.

“Senator Ajimobi’s leadership style and teachings have left a profound impact on me and many others who had the privilege of learning under His Excellency. His memories and lessons will remain evergreen.”

“As we honour Gov. Ajimobi’s memory on this special day, I pray for continued grace for his family and for Oyo State to keep benefiting from the seeds of progress he sowed during his lifetime. May his soul continue to rest in perfect peace(Amen),” Alabi submitted.
