Birthday: Senator Akintunde Felicitates Alhaji Fatai Ibikunle At 64

Dr. Yunus Akintunde, senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District in the national assembly, has felicitated Alhaji Fatai Ibikunle on his 64th birthday celebration.

In a statement released to the media through Kunle Olatunji, the special assistant on media and publicity to Senator Akintunde, the Oyo-born politician emphasised the unique leadership qualities of the influential politician, Ibikunle, whom he said has contributed immensely to the national political system and, very significantly, Oyo State development.

“I rejoice with you as you celebrate the turn of another year since your arrival here in the earthly city as a special gift of unquantifiable benefits to humanity.

“It is not a coincidence that you were born in the year Nigeria attained independence. Hence your natural disposition to national interest and political participation. Your resourceful disposition, good nature, wealth of wisdom, and kindness are unique features that have endeared you to several individuals to whom you have been a great source of inspiration”.

“You have been around in the polity quite early as a young participant, and now leadership has beckoned on you among equals in the collective efforts of critical stakeholders on the national interest, which you are a key player.”.

“I cherish our cordial relationship as a personal friend and political associate dating back several decades, and I can confidently attest to your unique and exemplary leadership capacity. Nigerians and the good people of Oyo State appreciate your immense contributions as a notable stakeholder within the political landscape where you are no doubt a colosus”.

“I pray that the Almighty God will continue to strengthen you in good health, divine benevolence, and wisdom to further navigate life in the years ahead.”.

“Once again, on behalf of my family and political associates, I congratulate you and wish you a happy celebration,” Akintunde submitted.
