Today, we celebrate the life, leadership and legacy of our valued patriarch, mentor, and benefactor, Governor Abiola Ajimobi, a true legend in every sense of the word. Love him or loathe him, his impact on the lives of many of us cannot be denied. 

As a man of exceptional intelligence, intellect, and integrity, late Gov. Ajimobi left an indelible mark on the sands of history, especially in Oyo State, Yoruba land, and in Nigeria.

With his fearless candour, incandescent oratory skills, and charismatic mode of leadership, late Governor Ajimobi inspired countless individuals and earned the respect of his peers. Historically, few men have walked the earth and left a lasting legacy; Senator Ajimobi undoubtedly maintains a front row among the sages. 

As we remember ‘Koseleri of Oyo State. Abiola Omo Ajimobi Ẹkun Oko Florence; Ẹkun Tagiri Gbe Ara Re Ninja, on his 75th posthumous birthday, we take comfort in the knowledge that his legacy lives on. 

Philosophically, we’ll continue to draw inspiration from your life, leadership, and legacy.

Rest on, Sir, the iconic architect and builder of modern Oyo State.
